We initially contacted Russ about an insurance quote two years ago when we were purchasing our new home. He gave us the best quote for our new home insurance and two cars and we felt confident that closing would go off without a hitch (which it did). But what really shines is his service, which goes far and above his responsibility. Not only do I love having someone I can call as individual (not just a company hotline), he has helped up follow up with a disagreement about damage at a storage space and has also proactively suggested ways that we could improve our rate (i.e. submitting receipts for upgrades we made to the house) and make better use of our policy (like using the emergency service plan with our auto insurance instead of calling the tow truck which we foolishly did). All of this has been just to help us – he didn’t get any extra money for doing that so there has been a relationship of trust built as well. Definitely will continue to use Russ going forward and will recommend him to friends.
